Spiritello & Manument – Palma Aurea

The Spiritello Leva Machine and the Manument sit at opposite ends of the espresso world. Both are precisely engineered machines, built for people with clear preferences. With the Palma Aurea finish they share one visual language, applied to two very different volumes.

The Spiritello sits low, almost lying in wait. Its body carries the black of Palma Aurea, shot through with warm gold. The lever and coil spring stay visible, joined by details in copper and wood. The result is a composition of engineering and handwork.

The Manument stands upright and sculptural. Glass cylinder, wooden handles and gilded surfaces meet an object that already brings its own artistic ambition. Palma Aurea concentrates here: the same surface on a body of very different proportions.

Both machines were photographed inside the Energoavia München hangar, in front of a private jet itself mid-refinement. The setting was a deliberate choice. Palma Aurea belongs where precision is taken for granted and aesthetics carry weight. On an espresso machine the surface tells the same story as on an aircraft.
